Our most popular unit, the Tiki Hut Cottage offers privacy and space for 5 guests in 2 bedrooms (children welcome) and premium outside living and dining. A total of three beds 1 king in first floor primary and 1 queen and 1 double bed in 2nd floor loft bedroom with a 1/2 bath. There is a fully functional kitchen, and the newly furnished spacious living area accesses the private outdoor Tiki Hut through glass patio doors. This area has a wood deck (12' x 24') and illuminated thatched roof, seating for 8, hardwood teak dining table and chairs, and all new outdoor sofas and lounge chairs. The downstairs living area in the cottage includes a large bedroom with a king bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The upstairs loft bedroom has both a king and a double bed, dedicated workspace and half bath, toilet and sink. It is accessible by a spiral staircase.
*Dogs 35 lbs. or less are allowed. Pets over 35 lbs. will require owners' approval. The Tiki Hut Cottage shares the same common amenities as our other Grovekeeper Collective units. These include the swimming pool, koi pond, outdoor chairs and tables, covered outdoor spa/hot tub, barbeque grill and outdoor dining area also a seasonal fire pit and access to the bike/beach cabana.
