Funky Coconut is the perfect long-term stay! It is a ground level cottage with 2 bedrooms, One with a king and one with a queen bed, sharing 1 bath. This rental is for a maximum of four (2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults). Two private outdoor seating areas with an outdoor dining set for alfresco dining under the 200 year old live oak canopies. One of the covered patios measures six by nine feet, offering beautiful views of a palm tree lawn.
This beautifully decorated cottage features multiple French doors, tropical art and leather furnishings throughout. The dining area and a large gourmet kitchen with an island bar with stools provide a fun space to cook and enjoy everyone's company. The living area provides two sofas and a dedicated workspace.
The Funky Cocoanut Cottage shares the same common amenities as our other Grovekeeper Collective units. These include the swimming pool, koi pond, outdoor chairs and tables, covered outdoor spa/hot tub, barbeque grill and outdoor dining area also a seasonal fire pit and access to the bike/beach cabana. The private outdoor seating areas of your cottage provide a place for smoking and vaping.
